Report an out-of-date or incorrect rule
If a size, background, recency or other requirement on the site no longer matches the official source, please tell us. Include the country, the document type, and a link to the official page if you have it.
Email support@getshotai.com with the subject line “Rule correction”. We recheck reported rules against the issuing authority before updating.
Privacy questions
For questions about how your photo and data are handled — including data-access or deletion requests — email support@getshotai.com with the subject line “Privacy”. Your photo is processed in your browser and is never uploaded, so we do not hold copies of it.

For help using the editor, printing, or anything else, email support@getshotai.com with the subject line “Support”.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few business days. Because we are a small independent team, we cannot guarantee a specific response time, and we cannot expedite, submit or decide any government application.
